Payment:

-Payment required to start an order (non-refundable).

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

Turnaround Time:

-Once the quote and artwork is approved, our turnaround time is approximately 3-5 business days including processing and shipping(Usps/Ups). Depending on our schedule, we can also offer rush services for those that need their orders sooner.

 

Requirements:

-Finalized Artwork

-Finalized Garment Selection (style, quantity, size, and colors)

-Payment

 

Artwork:

-With every order, we will provide a digital mock up and 1 revision. It is the customer's responsibility to check email that was used to place order for mock up within 24-48 hours after order has been placed. Check mock up for any misspellings or other errors. This especially applies to designs that have a list of names. If everything looks correct, please confirm to email APPROVED. If anything is incorrect please RESPOND TO THE EMAIL THE CORRECT INFORMATION. If we do not hear from you in a timely manner(up to 48 hours after mock up has been sent), the turnaround time can be subject to delays. Digital mock ups give a general idea of what the product will look like, but do not exactly translate to the final product. If you have specific dimensions, Pantone colors, and print placement details in mind, please let us know. With these parameters, we will do our best to get as close as possible. If these details are not given to us, we may use our best judgment and will not be help responsible.

Return Policy:

 -Replacement accepted for damaged products ONLY ie bad prints, damaged item(NOT CAUSED BY CUSTOMER). Customer must return damaged item in order to get a replacement. Replacement only NO REFUND. Returns will not be accepted for size exchanges. Please notify us via email (allnonevision@gmail.com) to authorize return.

 

Social Media/Advertising:

-With placing an order with us you are giving us permission to us your custom product for advertising unless stated otherwise 

Sms Marketing:

User Opt In: The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

User Opt Out: If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any mobile message for Us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the forgoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that alter, change or modify the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT keyword commands, such as the use of different spellings or the addition of other words or phrases to the command, and agree that All N One Vision LLC and it's service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not reasonable means of opting out.

Age Restriction:

-You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so.
